Hestia Class Escort problems

I bought a Tier 6 Hestia Multi-Vector Escort. It will not multi-vector as advertised. Some support TRIBBLE named Easybit very snottily informed me that I had to buy the Tier 5 Multi-Vector escort to get the Multi-vector console so the Tier 6 version would function as advertised. THIS SUCKS!!!!

This is definitively a bait-and-switch until/unless it is fixed and my Hestia will separate and reunite.
