What happened to the new ground equipment/art thread?

Sometime back there was a thread that included requests for new ground equipment/art added to the game that characters could use; things like:
The Klingon D'K Tagh

and so forth.
Was this thread lost, or was it possibly merged into another thread (costumes?).
It was a really good thread with some Dev responses indicating they were working on some of the stuff. My Search-fu is weak, anyone know where it got off to?
