Key Binds Unset when using different PCs

I'm working on nailing down exactly when this happens, but it seems that when I use 2 different PCs to play STO on different days, some keybinds are being unset.

I have found that when I bind a key like "F5" to a /command on my desktop machine, the game will have unbound another unrelated key like "`" from "Target Nearest Enemy" when I play on my laptop.

It will take some time to fully repro this, as I'm rarely able to use both machines on the same day. But I was curious if anyone else was experiencing this issue or if it was even a known issue.

    are you using any type of accessory such as a gamepad or gaming keyboards? I've had some stuff like that happen a few times myself is why I ask.

    On the Desktop, I use a Cyborg Keyboard (I forget which model) with extra programmable keys.
    On the Laptop, I'm using a Logitech G13.
