Missing tos pack unlock

Back in 2012 I remember purchasing the TOS pack for 2000 zen. I stopped playing for 3 years and came back recently. The tos pack is no longer unlocked in the c store, although the constitution class ship and tos uniforms are. But I'm missing the constitution class interior, for example, which I'm sure I had before. (It makes no sense because the cost of the TOS uniform and ship itself is almost the same price as the entire pack, I wouldn't have bought them separately, plus I'm sure I had the interior.)

I submitted a ticket but PWE said they had no way to check my past c/z store purchases. Has anyone ever heard of this issue and/or know of a solution?
