Midnight Space Trait Bugged/MIA

I picked it up just now, opened the box, got the trait, checked it out, and decided to see if Hull Repair skill effected it. Switched to character trait tree, turned off Techie trait, went back to Starship traits, and the new trait was gone. I've logged out several times, cleared my traits, reselected them, and it's still gone.

Edit: lol derp. It's a Space trait, not a starship trait. My bad.
