Reputation Rewards Tier V Completion Missing: Omega

Today I completed and Clained Tier V of Omega Reputation, submitting 5 omega marks. When I claimed (pressed Collect) on the tab, the System Message stated "Collected rewards for 'Omega Task Force - Claim Tier V Reputation". However, I never received the Borg Neural Processors, Omega Marks, Dilithium, Energy Credits nor the title for completing the Omega Reputation for one of my Federation characters.

    did you completed poped up mission in which you get these rewards ? hail starfleet/kds and look for in progress missions if it is nor "idlying" there.
