I've noticed in zone chat, that many like to declare "Oh I hate that series, or this Captain" or variations of this, like JJ bashing and the like.
That's fine its what we do as humans, we like to categorize things in simple boxes.
But I've also noticed, while watching movies I didn't particularly like, there's always a few scenes or ideas I've enjoyed.
I'm just wondering what episodes or ideas you really liked in your least favorite Trek series or films ?
Let's put some positives on our Negatives

Reunification (I / II)
BOTH from TNG
Awoken Dead
Now shaddup about the queues, it's a BUG
Hmm.... favorite episode? I'd go with the Horta episode.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

'Starfleet is not a military organisation. Its purpose is exploration.' Picard: Peak Performance
'This is clearly a military operation. Is that what we are now? Because I thought we were explorers!' Scotty: Into Darkness
'...The Federation. Starfleet. We're not a military agency.' Scotty: Beyond
'I'm not a soldier anymore. I'm an engineer.' Miles O'Brien: Empok Nor

TOS: Trouble with Tribbles
TNG: Gonna have to think about this one.
DS9: Trials and Tribble-ations being a top contender for favorite
Voyager: Gonna have to think about this one. Been a while.
Enterprise: Broken Bow was a pretty good episode, especially for a Pilot, and really set the stage that Humans were the new kids on the interstellar block.
WARNING, I just realized i began to babble about how i wanted the ST:Enterprise series to end, so read if you have nothing better to do, it is only about 40sec of it
Now Star Trek: Enterprise was... different. Lower levels of tech, and the humans were not extremely overpowered (but they still somehow won). Season 3 in my option was not good considering that there was one more season after it, i would of been fine with all of it, keep it all the way it was up to the last episode, have season 5 be making the coalition, and some exploration. season 6 would get back to exploration, but after the coalition was somewhat made (defense pacts made, trade relations solidified, diplomatic crud that i don't have room for, and future exchange of tech. and season 7 would be (after some two episode mini-movie thing that ST loved to do, maybe the klingons getting a bit aggressive, or something else) right after some enterprise refit, now also season 5-6 would also have some episodes for earth, building more NX ships, making a true battleship class with tech from multiple species, defense from vulcan, offense from the imperial guard, have the tellerites do something, design by starlet, and a starlet-coalition warp 6.5 drive, and better cruiser/frigate classes. and 7 would be a klingon conflict, the empire attempts to expand into coalition space, and a war begins (because we need one), and end with the last episode of season 4 with some adjustments.
But if it's Voyager, my favorite episode is 'Deathwish', and I consider it among the very best of all Star Trek episodes. As far as Q episodes go, it's #2 only behind All Good Things.
If it's Enterprise, my favorite episode is 'Twilight', the premise is clever and the consequences of that episode are tremendous. Also, T'pol looks great with long hair.
-Lord Commander Solar Macharius
"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."
My favorite VOY episode is "Living Witness" - the locals' interpretation of what must have been going on aboard Voyager was one of the few times that series achieved consciousness of itself. A close second goes to an episode about which I remember only one thing, Janeway in a tank-top carrying a compression phaser rifle and wearing a bandolier of photon grenades. Yowza!
ENT, I'd have to go with "Twilight". One of the few scripts that actually let Bakula act - for a time, I worried he'd forgotten how. Interesting premise, too.
My character Tsin'xing
Ew, disqualified on general principles.

Don't forget Balance of Power...I LOOOOOOVE that one.
TOS is not my least favorite though.
I'd say Voyager/Enterprise were my least preferred series.
From Voyager my fav episode is; Blink of an Eye (the ending actually made me tear up it was so good)
From Enterprise my fav episode is; In a Mirror Darkly pt 1&2 (I was blown away how good they made that bridge and ship look, not to mention the outfits and really great performances from the cast, and it was a great nod to TOS + T'Pol....wow she looked amazing in her mirror getup and long hair.)
That one has the best Kirk-McCoy interactions that is mostly not found until later in the season
Oh the Macrovirus episode was a gem in the early years of Voyager.
