Tier 5 ships and the level required to use them...

While some Zen store Tier 5 ships need level 40 to use (4 fed, 1 rom and 5 kdf), most of them need level 50. One would think, since Tier 6 requires 50, that you would make all Tier 5 ships available for purchase/use at 40. This would likely boost the sales of both ships and upgrade tokens as well...
