Traits Unchecked after Logging into the game!!!

Okay, this is REALLY fustrating and Annoying !!! SOOOO Many Times, Now, I log into the game, start playing an episode, only to find out that a trait is not working for my Reman. The one that drains energy from the enemy, so anyhow I look at my Traits , and Sure enough, ALL My Traits are completley Unchecked!!! And my Character is level 54, so to have no Traits checked, is an obvious Glitch!!!
SOOOOOO I have to Wait until the Episode is done!!! Before I am allowed to click the traits ONCE AGAIN,,, in order to have the traits I want ACTIVE!!!!
Forgive the caps lock on some words here, yet THIS is TOTALLY and UTTERLY Freaking ANNOYING !!!

I just ... just don't know what more to say. I've mentioned to you through those "ticket" things, and now am posting here too.
Fellow Star Trek players, for those of you whom have this Annoyance as well, PLEASE Speak UP here on this Forum.
The more of us whom speak Up together here , the more chance the STO Team might just listen about this Very Extremely Annoying Glitch! I know I'm not the only one who keeps experiencing this...
STO Team, ok, I think you have all done Great with all the great new episodes and such you have done through the recent times, yet Please , PLEASE address this Glitch for the next "patch" you get done!!!
It annoys me so much that it makes me think twice before launching the game now.... it's that annoying .
