Free ship and XP?

I got a mail on the 11th that included a code for an Andromeda Exploration cruiser and XP to get my highest captain to 60. Hadn't reinstalled STO since my previous comp died, so didn't try to redeem it until today. Nothing in the mail mentions a deadline, but when I type in the code to redeem it, I just get the response "Please input a valid code". Anyone else get a mail like this, and were you able to redeem the code?

No one, except the 44 other players who have opened threads identical to this one. Like this one, this one or this one. And by the way i don't think that General discussion is the best place to post threads like this.
