First off. I know this should go in the support tab, but I tried to place a ticket and your system wouldn't take it. SO here is my problem.
I don't know what is the issue with you guys. But must of last month and starting this month; the servers that allow the Pennsylvania area of the US is not working properly. You get in to the game and start game play and it kicks you off the server. Then when you try to re-log in to the game, the system will not work at all. For the last three months I have been having to sign in through my Steam account because Arc will not even boot up.
Can you guys get off of your collective rear-ends and solve this issue. I know it is your end of the connection, because all of my computers is having the same issue.
