Subspace vortex does not benefit from particle manipulator trait

Parsed recently, it had 15% crit rate while other exotic abilities had ~65% crit rate.
Its a boff ability that benefits from particle generators skill, as stated on the tooltip, so I dont see why it shouldnt benefit from that trait.
Unless its not supposed to crit at all - well, then it critted for me.
