Omega Force Shadow Ops is impossible to get due to there being no Elites.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Omega Force Shadow Ops is impossible to get due to there being no Elite Borg Ground Queues. The MACO variant is also suffering from this problem. I once reported this to Borticus, but nothing came of it. Getting the Team Commander and Shadow Ops accolades are the only way to unlock the Omega Force Harvester Armor.

    I have a "new" char, from the time of delta recreuitment, and i want to get the harvester armor. It would be nice if cryptic would care about this problem. I dont think that is should take more than a couple of minutes, to change the required accolades.

    This accolade only relies, and has only ever relied on Cure, Khitomer, and Infected. Borticus had at one point confirmed that they forgot to add the accolade to other versions. But beating Into The Hive doesn't scare me in the slightest as long as it's gettable. I want my boots back!

    The OP pointed out there were no elite borg stfs. Just nitpicking there

    You can't complete the accolades. It has been broken since DR launched last year. Either remove the accolade or make it to "advanced" instead of elites.​​

    Agreed. I hope they're not going to give away the Elite titles and uniforms for completing advanced. With all the new stuff that has been coming out (new weapons, spec trees, kit abilities, reputation abilities and the upgrade system) the advanced missions aren't that hard anymore, for a team that knows what they're doing that is.

    Writing this post took three times as long as necessary btw since I can't stop looking at the GIF in storules sig...

    I got my headgear the first few times before there were Reps. I don't care if the accolade involves defeating NoWinScenario, just flippin re-enable it already!

    we do need to do this, elite ground stfs need to make a comeback. They were hard, a challenge... and frustrating. In other words... fun

    Indeed.. the Advanced ones put me to sleep. No problem with easy content being in game, but removing the challenging, fun stuff... baddie, bad, bad, baaaad! :p

    Yeah, well.. the whole 'speedrun everything' when barely any effort is required, is kinda boring. Sure, quick dilithium, marks... but where's fun from playing? I'm sure quite a lot of us would like to see the Elite Borg STFs back, for the sole desire of feeling that we have to try harder.. or.. try at all. :D

    While I agree we need harder content, the issue of whether this is a bug or not, I dare say, will be down to whether we get Elite versions at some point or not.

    @borticuscryptic, any thoughts on this?

    he gets this every now and then and has told us they're not sure yet. But we want the elite ground content.

    The problem with many of the queues isn't "make or don't make a mistake", it's "borg gate one-shots your max-tank t6 cruiser with invisible torpedo"

    At least in Elite grounds you had a fighting chance.. but again.. BOots!
