Qo'nos transwarp, maybe its just me

I don't know if its just me but the visuals for my Qo'Nos transwarp are not functioning correctly. When I hit the transwarp the ship warps away immediately but the screen remains and the transwarp sound effects and sometimes the visual of the transwarp effects continues.

    That has been that way since I started STO, so - May 2015 - with many patches between then and now and that transwarp remains broken. :(
