Cannot Slot Shards ?

I know I am not the only one with this issue as I have seen others posting about it in chat but I don't see a thread about it anywhere ?

I have 3 toons. 2 of which appear to be able to slot just fine.

My third toon however cannot slot anymore shards. I have 3 slotted and now 3 more that are sat in my inventory and will not slot.

The option is there and the bar comes up and I can select the 3 shards and click ok but the bar does not fill and the shards remain in my inventory.

I have logged in and out, changed instances, maps etc.... Nothing seems to change.

Been like it for 3 days now and I expect today to be the same.

Make sure you have none in your Overflow Bag. If even one is in there, you will be unable to apply them.
