Is there a bug with the Arbiter's turn rate?

Some, including myself, have posted that they were experiencing problems with the T6 Arbiter's turning, C-store and fleet versions. Has this ever been looked at, because it is still going on. The Arbiter seems to be handling like an Assault Cruiser, even though the setup is the same; the Arbiter should be handling better like the Avenger vs the Assault Cruiser. I do not think it is observational error as when I noticed the difference when I swapped out my T5U Avenger for the T6 Arbiter.

    I forgot to mention that the displayed stats for the Arbiter ingame appear to be correct, but the actual turn rate and handling are not performing as the Avenger. I am wondering if the internal stats are off.

    I find mine turns really fast, but that could be my setup.

    It is not a question of setup. The same setup was used between the Avenger and the Arbiter. It should have performed the same in terms of turning and maneuverability, but the Arbiter is performing worse.
