[BUG] Fleet Roster UI "ghost" selection

I just discovered a fun little bug in the Fleet Roster window.
If you select a user in the roster and they log out, the selector highlight remains on that row. If another user then logs in and happens to be in that row, even if you click on the row again (not anywhere else, just re-target the existing row) and then hit the Promote button, you end up promoting the character that was originally highlighted. Not the current one.
The selector never updates when the roster list is updated due to a login/logout.
