    Now can we justify Drake killing Tovan Khev?

    Wait where is Drake? S31 should be all up in this war. Probably at odds w/ Temporal dept and SFI.

    If you pay attention to what NPCs are doing in the background of the new story mission apparently Section 31 and Temporal Affairs get along reasonably well.
