Serious Bug with Research Lab Weekly Boost project

We filled a Weekly Project: Skill Point Boost (Tier 1) less than 24 hours ago and received the (tiny) boost ... everyone in the fleet saw the boost icon, so it WAS working ... and all the boost projects were gone from the project list.
Today upon log-in, saw that the boost was gone and all the boost projects are again availible.
This is a serious snafu, as the boost is supposed to be a 5 day duration ... and as expensive as the boost projects are having it end 4 days early is utterly un-acceptable!
