Possible bug when crafting deflectors.

Mods such as PvPRes were supposedly removed from the crafting system. Were deflectors overlooked? I had one crafted tachyon deflector come out with PvPRes, and another (also techyon) with PvPDmg.

I don't remember ever seeing a deflector with the PvP mods on them, for that matter.

Pretty much all the "fixes" they made that week either got broken or didn't work at all after the emergency maintainance.
