Risa event 2015 commendations, are no longer able to be turned in for 40 marks?

I have been turning these in everyday since the event ended, now all of a sudden the project is no longer available? Well p.o.o.p!!!

Probably. If i remember right cryptic said those were only available on the event to give people a reason to do the flying high mission once they have all the vouchers. But as the bird and monkey vendors, the project was available for some days and after that , bye.
