ZEN No Longer Purchasing From Steam Wallet

I am having an unusual problem. I normally purchase ZEN via my Steam wallet. I went to make a purchase tonight, and as soon as I click "buy ZEN", instead of bringing up the normal Steam wallet dialog box, it instead kicks me completely out of the game and instead sends me to the ARC billing website.

Please tell me this is some type of bizarre error and that STO still accepts purchases via Steam Wallet.

    I've been having the same problem. It tells me to contact support (but there's no specific category that fits in with using Steam Wallet to purchase Zen in the scroll down options). The last time I was able to buy Zen with Steam Wallet was about last week.

    I bought enough to buy a nice amount of Zen with S.W.... Would be nice if one can purchase Zen with Steam Wallet through Arc or Steam, then maybe that'll have a closer eye on whether it's working or not.
