Ship modules disappeared

I put ten ship modules on the exchange, left for work and came back home. They were not on the exchange sell-tab nor were they in my inventory or overflow bag. I bought the Zen with irl currency, and they're gone?
Well ... either gone, or sold and i never got the EC nor ingame notification of them being sold. And to be honest, i feel support is delibrately pushing me around with constantly asking for minute detail. The whole support isn't leading anywhere. This is very handled by cryptic.
