It was never working ok lol... it was never fixed. The last time i used my cstore arkif was in december 2014.. broken as hell. The singularity beam will go off after 1-2 seconds most of the times. It was almost the only ability i loved to use with the Arkif and since i hate broken ships, i just parked it.
T6 Fleet Science Odyssey Refit/Retrofit with similar/same Boff layout but more Intel/command options (though I do like the Boff lay out now already). And of course the Aquarius bridge but updated room interiors....for the 1,000's time.

A science ship or two on the Fed side, B'rel on the klink side and the romulans I guess deserve their T6 scimitar by now, though to be honest if they got nothing I wouldn't really be bothered. They feel like such a throw-away faction at this point.

First and foremost, the re-release of all three flagships with Tier #6 stats, and adjustments to their boff seatings. That's the Odyssey, Bortas and Scimitar. I would even argue (because they're flagships) that they have dual seatings, ie;
* the Odyssey has the capacity to use Commander & Intelligence powers
* the Bortas has the capacity to use Pilot and Commander powers
* the Scimitar has the capacity to use Pilot and Intelligence powers
Once they're done, it's time to move onto the rest:
* T6 Vulcan Science Ship (not the D'Kyr)
* T6 Andorian Escort (not the Kumari (or sister ships))
* T6 Akira
* T6 Vesta
* T6 Vor'cha

Nebula, definitely. Ideally one that can use the new fresh Galaxy skin, a Venture-type and a Andromeda type and the MAgellan, which is the Monarch, could also still be in the mix since they took the Monarch to T6 as well. Layout wise, CMDR Sci, LTC Eng/Intel, LTC Uni, Lt Tac, Ens Sci, consoles eng/sci/tac 4/5/2. No real idea or preference for a console, maybe the high-frequency sensor sweep which applies a AoE sensor scan in a 5-7km radius .
Next would be a Tellarite ship, preferably a science leaning cruiser with support pets. It doesn't have to be T6, T5U would be sufficient (there are enough ship traits to choose from). And like the Andorian ship it should come with it's own unlock for red Tellarite phasers
Other than that, all my characters have their ships. But all canon ships should eventually hit T6, B'Rel, K'Tinga/D7 (double release for Roms and Klings), Vor'Cha and the missing Starfleet ships like the Sovy as well.
Special interest is reserved for a Deferi overhaul and a Deferi ship.

If by thrusters, you mean the lunge ahead/pull back/flip to the side shipboard abilities, I want to see this on all the T6 escorts and raiders. For the T6 classics before not having shipboard intel and command abilities is a small loss to me. But there is no reason, and would be ridiculous to not have ship pilot abilities for the attack ships.
I would like to see a new specialization...the way they're pumping out all of these T5 Nostalgia ships recently we're starting to get some bloat and things have similar layouts...which is why they made T6 in the first place.

I've never enjoyed piloting cruisers, but they are the most inherently 'Trek' ships.
I wouldn't fly it myself, but if the Federation flagship is going to be the Odyssey, then it should probably be first in line to get T6 status. (Same goes for the Scimitar and Bortas'q.)
