Not sure if this is a bug or intended but I will report it here anyway.

The new lock box space weapons (Coalition Disruptors) are character bind on equip.

Previous lock box weapons were account bind on equip.

That is incorrect, Phased Tetryon, Hirogen Tetryon, and several other lockbox damage types have been Character Bind on Equip.​​
