Missing Buttons

I'm missing the buttons for the following basic features:
- Disable rep/ship/character traits in private PvP challanges
- Exclude Item X from privat arena match
- Exclude MK XYZ from arena matches
- Exclude Ships from matches
- Replay a match
- View stats after match (win/los ratio, K/D, hps, dps, etc)
- Create maxed out characters
- Balanced matchmaking queue
- Spectator Mode for PvP matches
Anyone else missing these buttons? I cant imagine I'm the only one who is missing that very basic stuff that you can find in any other MMO.
Can this be a client sided issue?
PS:
I havent figured out yet how to replicate these game breaking issues.
