local chat not working

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I cant see local or zone chat....

all i can see is the fleet chat..... any help would be appreciated please... i did send a ticket in 5 days ago (no reply) and tweeted STO and again no reply.....

so getting fed up and need help please.

    is it dead in all tabs? did you by chance open your chat options and deselect that channel in your tabs?
    have a look at this page and try setting up your chat and see if that brings the missing channels back:

    Might be the lag if ur getting it, mine screws up when i get it which is most of the time since last thur.
