Male/Female Caitian/Ferasan Tails still bugged

BUG: The Tail Length and Tail Thickness Sliders (in the tailor) no longer do anything on Male and Female Caitians and Ferasans. Both sliders act like they are at max (all the way to the right) on all player characters, all BOffs, and all NPCs ALL the time.
An attempt was made to 'fix' this on May 28, 2015 (based on the day Tribble was patched), but all it did was "Male Caitian Tail shortened, no longer clips through the floor when wagging", which not only didn't actually do anything, but didn't fix the bug to begin with.
How to test: Make a Caitian or Ferasan, either gender. Go to the Tailor, then Body. Under Legs Scaling Options, move the sliders for either Tail Length or Tail Thickness. Notice how it doesn't actually do anything to the player character.
