Elite Queue Mark Rewards (VCE & VEE, at minimum)

Elite Queue Mark Reward payouts for Vicious Cycle Elite and Vault Ensnared Elite appear to be bugged. I can only confirm for Vicious Cycle Elite and Vault Ensnared Elite, but failing to complete the Optional Objectives in these queues causes all players to receive the Normal difficulty mark payout upon completion.

To reproduce, complete all Mandatory Objectives in either VCE or VEE, but fail the Optional Objective - you will receive between 10 and 20 marks (not counting daily bonus package) upon completion of the queue.
