Broken Circle - Missing Rewards (Ticket id #3,565,100)

I have just completed Broken Circle, and i select the full auto rifle as my reward. Hower upon completion all i recieved was the new title of Iconian war Veteran. the other rewards are no where to be seen, they have not appeared in my inventory or overflow bag. Please help.
