Khtomer in Stasis Advanced optional still messed up?

I thought with Season 10.5 came the changes to the optionals.
Unfortunately Khitomer in stasis is still messed up. Destroying the IMRs in 15 minutes is still mandatory so it really doesn`t matter if "completing the mission" in 24 minutes in optional.
If we don't destroy the IMRs in 15 min we still get a 1 hr leaver penalty and the mission does not end. Can" destroying the IMRs" please be optional again like it was, like its supposed to be?
