Is there an actual phone number for support? Missing Zen Stipend

I am look for a number to call be I am getting nowhere with my support ticket for not receiving my 500 Zen for last month and this month.

    If you are talking about a stipend, you will likely get the same answer as everyone else:

    You've gotten your stipend according to our logs... Quit asking for it.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    It would really be nice to have a number to call and get to speak to a custmer service rep and actually get something done instead of wasting time on a bug report, trying the support site that you can't even get to, or getting the internet version of the runaround

    Nope there's no contact number for them. Been there tried that, but I've yet to get a straight answer from customer services. or any where from Cryptic/PWE in general. All I can do is wish you luck in trying to get your issue resolved.

    I was watching my Zen all last month and this month, I noticed it did not increase. Today is the day I'm supposed get it even according to support, but still nothing. I even asked them then why did I not get today's either, but still waiting on a response to that.​​

    unfortunately, they clear out your old tickets, so I can't see when my stipend date is... think it is the 22nd though...

    This month Zen finally show up in the last 20 minutes. Just missing last months. I'm going to take a print screen from here on out every month so if this happens again.​​

    This is where you need to go to fill out a ticket. That is the only way you are going to get help.
    Complaining on the forums will get you nowhere.

    Have you tried their social media channels? If you contact one of the Devs privately through there maybe they can take a look at the issue. They're pretty good with replying to people there.

    There is no in-game, online, or phone support for STO. If your issue is critical/urgent, make a post on Reddit's STO section.

    everyone should write this down. I'm one of the few guys from Beta that aren't even playing anymore and rarely monitor the forums but I can't say for how much longer I will be doing that either. Share this with everyone you can because I've answered this before and I doubt I'll be around to answer it again in the future.

    Yeah, those numbers don't do anything. Sure, you may reach someone (or a machine) at Cryptic or PWE, but they can't do anything. I managed to talk to someone in billing once, but all they could do was help with billing. If you want to talk to Cryptic/PWE about anything other than "let me give you some money," you have to use Reddit.

    I'm not really sure why you're saying that, you do have to wait on hold sometimes but I just spoke with them the other day about a billing issue and they reversed the charges.

    Yes, this issue has come up a few times over the years. Cryptic did get caught up with everyone I know who had the issue previously, so they will address it eventually. Best you can do is wait.

    Customer Support here is a myth. You've a better chance of seeing Bigfoot or the Loch Ness monster.
