It would really be nice to have a number to call and get to speak to a custmer service rep and actually get something done instead of wasting time on a bug report, trying the support site that you can't even get to, or getting the internet version of the runaround
Nope there's no contact number for them. Been there tried that, but I've yet to get a straight answer from customer services. or any where from Cryptic/PWE in general. All I can do is wish you luck in trying to get your issue resolved.
I was watching my Zen all last month and this month, I noticed it did not increase. Today is the day I'm supposed get it even according to support, but still nothing. I even asked them then why did I not get today's either, but still waiting on a response to that.

Have you tried their social media channels? If you contact one of the Devs privately through there maybe they can take a look at the issue. They're pretty good with replying to people there.

I managed to talk to someone in billing once, but all they could do was help with billing. If you want to talk to Cryptic/PWE about anything other than "let me give you some money," you have to use Reddit.

Yes, this issue has come up a few times over the years. Cryptic did get caught up with everyone I know who had the issue previously, so they will address it eventually. Best you can do is wait.
