I purchased 25$ worth of ZEN yesterday (July 7) but can't purchase anything without it being account-bound, and I can't trade any of it for dilithium. Apparently it's because I purchased it through Steam? Some people say the lock lifts in a day, and others say it takes 2 weeks. How long does it usually take for it to lift?

It varies wildly from a few minutes to a few weeks. The business guys will tell you that it's a security measure since you bought stuff via Steam -- so suspicious! I've heard that contacting support may speed things up, but I've also heard that they'll just be annoyed and tell you to wait it out.

i went onto the support chat about this exact same issue and it started off good but as soon as i mentioned that i was having a problem with not being able to Sell my Zen on the exchange they immediately booted me from the convo without a word, needless to say im not happy and i got some scrap Zen laying around that i cant trade in for some Dill.
