can't log in

Me and some friends have not be able to log in for a few days now. Live in Michigan with a great connection.

    Have been playing for 3 yrs , spent over a thousand dollars (real money) using pay cards.. Made many friends in game and supported all ppl whom requested aid...Now finding out that i am banned from the game (account banned) with no explanations, no reviews... Not happy...especially when there is a special on the LIFETIME subscriptions, which I have saved up for, and now am wondering ,...is it even worth it...should I just go buy a PS4 or game system...that won't ban me , for being a supportive player ?? HMMMMMmmmm..
    I hope that my account is reactivated soon...or i will not be pleased...and will take my money and supporters else where. Have a good day ;-)
