GAME WILL NOT LAUNCH

I had a patch done to my game today and now it will not launch it crashes every time I try to launch it. I verified files did not work. I re-booted systems did not work. I did open a ticket and I have discussed with several other players they are having the same issue..

    I just tried to start mine as well. I keep getting this line that 1 file is locked and it needs to be patched and my launcher just goes on and patches then says the same thing and starts all over again.!

    Same here - encounters patch error after selecting character, then verifies files and does the same thing.
