Sector Space Transwarp

id like for transwarp to start working again and not end up near sol system when zoning to sector space from romulan flotilla. side note stopping just outside a system and having to fly that measly 1ly in just to zone into a system or what have you is quite annoying. i love the new sector space but it needs tweaking because the bugs are apparent.
