Emergency Weapons Cycle bugged

The haste isn't applying at all. Log files detailing it.

The Power drain is actually more than described, 33% by face value, or 50% by standard math used about power reductions in this game.

Fixing both would be very much appreciated.

Confirming. Weapons drain is reduced by 33% actual and no haste effect anywhere.

Edit: Drain reduction works for me with EptW3

Additional bug - it would appear the trait only activates with EPtW1, and not EPtW2 or EPtW3.

It appears to activate with EPtW3 for me.

I can confirm the numbers on the power drain and lack of haste. 33% reduction and no haste at all.

(The trait is activating for me with EPtW3, but with the aforementioned bugs)

+1 would much appreciate some haste action on my beams was one of the main reasons I bought the pack

I submitted a bug report for this issue and will continue to tweet at the devs. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.
