female romulan civilian/civilian wrap upper missing arms

in Graphical and Sound Issues
Just noticed when i went to adjust the outfit of one of my female rommie off-duty outfits that the civilian/civilian wrap upper piece has no arms. The hands are there but arms are invisible.
