Unable to select traits

I'm eligible for the traits; they are available, I can't select them. Known bug? Just me?

    Let me try this a different way: I have a Klingon Delta Recruit, now an General. I am no unable to add traits or remove them. The traits are completely uneditable. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Are these your personal traits, not starship and reputation? Are any traits currently still slotted? Have you tried switching locations (sector space/system space/Q'onos)?

    Good questions. Sorry I didn't think of those up front. Yes, this is ALL traits: Personal, starship AND reputation.
    No, I did not try in different locations; I'll give that a try and thanks for the suggestion (whether it works or not).
