When using the Pathfinder template (no mixed parts), things like Tactical Team, Science Team, Engineering Team look weird, turning their usual circles in ellipses: EPTS does not enclose the ship but the glowing is shorter and higher in front and rear, wider and lower on the sides. (This is clearly visible with full stacks of Nanoprobe Field Generator, Undine T4 passive).
Even sensor analysis does not look how it should. Here are pictures in which I compare the Intrepid template and the Pathfinder templates: differences are clear and Pathfinder's definitely bugged.
