Both traits at the moment are no longer affecting their aformentioned weapons/abilities in space. For example activating fire at will will not proc Beam Barrage.
The kinetic precision works but not properly, sometimes after slotting it in you have to take off and on the torp...
I've tested it today in kerrat and in pvp map with a friend... After it activation 1 of the 2 dmg aplication on Bio torp got increased pen (but it was the kinetic dmg - not th shield), and on neutronic torp also. Im not shure but it would mean that it is buged and gives armor pen not shield pen. Yes we tested it for 1h and every shot with trait vs without it had the same % pen increase although always in kinetic value and not to shield value, but sometimes we needed to reslot the torp as after atctivation the trait didnt react and even was gone on tooltip.
So as it seemes it doesnt increase the shield pen but armor pen (but i may have read the values wrong) - and to it the value of pen difference came out 7% not 10% (but i dont know it its extra 10% so if you have 3% it will make 13%, or if it is 10% addition of your current pen.
STILL PLS CRYPTIC TAKE A LOOK AT IT, since we know you only love the sci partgen trait that was for 4 months only 1 working, but torps are already are heavy on the weak side and this trait (kinetic precision) is very important.
Was tested on Romulan ship with TS3 bio torp mk 13 and TS3 neutornic mk 14.
fired around 50 shots of each and everyone it seemed had pen in the wrong value.

I asked if they could be more specific...Maybe 3 sentences is too much for you? Just saying it's not working isn't going to help the devs. Screenshots and data to prove the point always makes the fix quicker. You can quit the snark now and actually help something get fixed.
