Cannot access Arc Billing Page...-_-

Greetings, fellow Star Trek Fans!
Recently, I have been unable to access the Arc Billing Page either in-game, in the Arc Launcher, or on any of the Internet Browsers I've tried accessing it from. -_- This has been going on for over a week now and is getting ridiculous! I want my Zen! Right now!! -_- All rants aside here, does anybody have any idea how much longer this is going to drag on? And is anyone else having this problem or am I the only sucker here who can't enjoy STO anymore? :mad:
