T6 L5 mastery trait icon still missing

The patch notes say they resolved an issue that resulted in a number of T6 ships not having an icon for their ship traits. I think they missed one. Running in DX9EX mode here but I don't know if that will be relevant. Desktop screen capture included for evidence.

Any clue what happened here?

Edit: Checked the DX11 mode and the "auto" mode. Didn't help, so it seems the patch missed something.
