Mobius Temporal Destroyer [T5-U] lost Bridge Officer Slot

My Mobius Temporal Destroyer [T5-U] has lost the use of the Lt. universal Bridge Officer Slot, it shows as available but I am not able to select an officer. The dropdown interface blinks at a high rate, and will not allow selection of any officer. Changed maps, restarted program, even tried restarting computer. How do I get this fixed?

Have you tried changing ships in space?

I've seen few of these ships in Kerrat and none of the playes had this problem... Although i dont deny it you have such problem, but did you check that its not your game installation problem ?(maybe something got corrupted while downloading patch ect).

As its a quite rare bug, and for example i had a but on my Risan luxury cruiser that showed 6 tac slots (intead of lt command) on its assigned tac boff and reinstallation helped - yes in this patch.

I've just checked my Mobius, the uni seats work just fine.
