Disappearing omega crafting items.

I have opened a ticket for this, though I am doubtful I will get any help restoring the items which will annoy me. I will keep my fingers crossed but I won't hold my breath after my previous experiences with CS.
Just thought I'd say to people who read here be warey about withdrawing these R&D items if I was you. I just withdrew aprrox 220-250 of the silver/sliver ones from my account bank to upgrade to the next stage and they completely vanished.
I have checked my character's bank, inventory, R&D inverntory and even the replicators retrieve option and nothing. I logged out and then back in to see if that would refresh it as there is sometimes a delay with stacks catchinmg up and still gone.
PS: Ticket ID number 3,486,656 incase anyone working can check it out for me.
