the torp, it doesn't seem to be benefiting from my +torp consoles?

when I equip it it doesn't increase, all my other torps benefit from these consoles,

something wrong?

I assume this has been pointed out already, but I don't see the thread

asked around, apparently it's known bug, by players, just the first I've seen/heard it

Also, upgraded quantum exploiters provide ZERO damage boosts to any quantum torpedo type.

I haven't made a thread about the radiant because it is so underwhelming of a torpedo, I'd rather use transphasics.
