On KDF characters, ship warps out before transwarp animation plays

On KDF characters, the ship warps out before the transwarp animation plays. The ship also warps out a second time as the transwarp animation plays. Here is a video of the bug.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log on to a KDF character
2. Go to system space.
3. Transwarp to another location.
4. Watch the ship warp out before the transwarp animation plays. Watch the ship warp out a second time as the transwarp animation plays.
5. Go to sector space.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4.

Been seeing it also, and only on my KDF characters. Also reported as a bug.
But then again there's still a hole in first city leading to the secret sewers of endless nothingness.
