Test of Mettle mission replay rewards

I think Test of Mettle's replay rewards are bugged. I've been replaying it because it rewards more skill points than other missions on replay, which I figured it did because the mission has no other rewards, and I noticed today that every time I replay it, I get another Lt. Cdr level ship requisition.

I confirmed this by today claiming a K'Tanco, then replaying the mission, and noting I was given another requisition. (My very first play through, I claimed a Somraw, and I didn't know for sure when I'd picked up another Lt. Cdr requisition since then, so that was the best way to confirm that this mission was the source.)

Free 'normal' tier 2 ships might not particularly be a game breaker, but I'm sure it's not intended behavior...

Oh, I should probably specify, I received the requisition upon beaming up to the spaceport during the mission replay, not as a mission reward.
