Transdimensional tactics - bug? Nukara Rep system

I got this mission when I started leveling up my Nukara Rep System.
I go to Nukara Prime. I see the mission there under my minimap. I start the PVE Transdimensional Tactics. I wait for the right queue. Don my radition suit, I run to the console, I summon the Project leader. Pew pew. Tholians dead... Told to leave the map, I run around, I check things... Nothing happens. I return to Nukara Prime - The Mission is still there... I try again. summon, pew pew, win, drink the hearty grog, return to nukara prime. Mission still there.
I have called forth this creature 7 times. And the mission is still there. I have tried basic, advanced, and even elite. The latter was not easy.
I would very much like to have this mission completed. Could someone offer suggestions please?
