The fact that the Trait is not Slotted is supposed to prevent it from applying/activating, even though you own it. But there is something unique about the power activation cycle of FAW and TS that appears to be either ignoring or sidestepping that restriction.

I can confirm what agresiel said in the OP, i found OGA and t4 ico rad damage in my parse after a japori patrol and an isa, and they are not part of my currently active space traits.
So worse case scenario is that you have to rewrite bfaw. Considering how complicated this has been and how much of a pain it has been over the last couple of years I wonder how taxing on the servers that ability is since every one uses it?

Personally I think they should bring more voice "talent" into the game. Can you imagine how many more actors appeared in the shows for at least 30 mins of screen time like Miral Paris did? They should totally pay money to those guys, because the players love new voice talent!

This appears to be a rather targeted bug, and not something that is affecting every Trait that was recently changed/updated to combat performance issues. Just want to make sure that all noted Traits are getting reviewed, to address the issue. So, is that all of them?
As TK mentioned, the Elachi Lockbox Ground trait is active even when the player does not have the trait slotted. This problem has existed since the introduction of the trait and players can't turn this trait off once they have obtained it.

Ohhhh Bort it's probably the Apply.
They normally have a limit of triggering twice per firing cycle. But when you use Fire at Will, they can trigger three times per cycle.

I hadn't even read this thread before, but today suddenly noticed Omega Gravition Amplifier and Radiant Detonation Matrix in my log too.
Apparently, you need to slot those once. After that they stay active (forever?).
Read past the first page. :P
We tracked it down to BFAW/Torp Spread which is for some reason triggering these traits even when not active.
